By providing your phone number to Skyline Transport, you agree and acknowledge that Skyline Transport may send text messages to your wireless phone number for any purpose. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary, and you will be able to opt-out by replying "STOP". Refund Policy: Payment & Cancellation Terms

All our transportation services require advance payment, and our contracts with clients are binding. Full refunds may be given for cancellation of services that never initiate AND are within 24hrs of the scheduled trip.

If cancellation is made less than 24hrs of the scheduled trip, a refund may be given LESS the standard ONE-WAY load fee (without additional mileage) of the trip’s original transportation mode (ambulatory, wheelchair, stretcher, etc.).
NO refund will be given if transportation services have been rendered.
